A single-family, two-story home with a two-car garage caught fire on Saturday afternoon in Santa Barbara. A resident was home at the time and discovered the blaze. When firefighters arrived, they found the garage fully engulfed, with flames spreading into part of the home’s interior.
Several Santa Barbara Fire crews quickly contained the fire, preventing further damage to the home or nearby residences. The fire was knocked down at 3:08 p.m. No injuries were reported.
