Emergency storm parking has been activated this week in Santa Barbara.
Residents in flood-prone areas can park for free on the rooftop at City Lot 2, located at Canon Perdido Street and Chapala Street, through Friday at 5 p.m.
To be eligible, residents need to register in advance and the license plate registered must match the vehicle.
Any vehicles not registered will be charged the regular hourly rate.
