Protests against the nationwide ramp-up of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) erupted this weekend across the state, including here on the Central Coast.
Indivisible Santa Maria held a flash rally on Saturday afternoon in front of the Home Depot on South Bradley Road.
Organizers chose the location because ICE has conducted raids at several Home Depot stores throughout the state.
Indivisible Santa Maria organizers estimated that about 75 people attended Saturday's rally.
