A fire sent a large plume of black smoke into the air near Pacific Christian School in Santa Maria on Tuesday, September 29.
The Santa Barbara County Fire Department says it was contained to a Conex box and did not extend to surrounding vegetation or structures.
No injuries have been reported.
It was reported that school was over and students had already been let out when the fire broke out.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
