Amtgard, a live-action role-playing organization, held its first meet in Santa Maria on Sunday. The organization has a chapter in San Luis Obispo, however member say they recently decided to start a new chapter in Santa Maria.
A member says they want the community in Santa Maria to have access to the same fun experiences offered in San Luis Obispo.
