Santa Maria detectives say they have arrested 21-year-old Jessie Javier Rios on charges related to sexual abuse of a child under 14.

Police say they issued a search warrant on the 800 block of East Fesler Street as part of the ongoing investigation.
Detectives believe there may be additional victims. They ask anyone with information related to the investigation or anyone who believes they may be a victim to contact Santa Maria police.
