The Santa Maria Police Department is investigating a collision that left a motorcyclist with major injuries.
The crash was reported just after 6 a.m. on Thursday in the 2200 block of South Bradley Road and involved a motorcycle and an SUV.
The motorcyclist was taken to Marian Regional Medical Center for treatment. Police say the driver of the SUV was not hurt.
