Santa Maria Police Department officers arrested a man with six outstanding warrants on Saturday.
Police say officers spotted a vehicle associated with a wanted person in the 1200 block of Furukawa Way and made contact with Isidro Munoz Garcia, 40, and Angelina Velasquez Fernandez, 46.
Garcia was arrested for the warrants and additional narcotics and probation-related charges after officers reported finding approximately 4.7 grams of suspected cocaine in his possession.
Police then searched a storage unit associated with Fernandez and reportedly found approximately 23 grams of suspected cocaine, a loaded .380-caliber handgun, ammunition, drug paraphernalia, digital scales, and approximately $2,300 worth of suspected stolen merchandise. She was arrested on narcotics, firearm and stolen property charges.
