KSBY’s Friday Night Highlights Week 4 Player of the Week goes to Mission Prep’s offensive team, while Arroyo Grande’s Caleb Tomasin earned Play of the Week.
During the Eagles match against Nipomo, Tomasin received the quick pitch, breaks through two Titan defenders before outrunning the rest of the Titan defense before scoring a touchdown. Arroyo Grande shut out Nipomo, 38-0.
The Player(s) of the Week goes to Mission Prep’s entire offensive team. Sophomore quarterback Mark Rodriguez completed five of 10 for 101 yards and added three touchdowns. Four different players rushed touchdowns, Chase Jones, Brian Kowall, Brayden Farr, and Dalton Strous. Sophomore Carlton Brown received three touchdowns en route to a 68-14 victory over Laton.
