Bulldogs come from behind, take down rival Cuesta

The Allan Hancock College softball team snapped its six-game skid on Wednesday afternoon, defeating conference rival Cuesta at home, 3-2.

The Cougars jumped out to a 2-0 lead, but the Bulldogs responded in the bottom of the third. Ehsya Glidewell’s single to center field scored Sabrina Ornales with the tying run, and Hancock jumped out in front in the fourth, thanks to Jayden Andrade’s RBI-groundout.

The Bulldogs (3-6, 1-4) will be back in action Thursday to take on Moorpark at 2:30 P.M. Cuesta (4-16, 0-5) will hit the road Friday to take on Cerro Coso.
