Kaiya Ellison and the Arroyo Grande Eagles soared past Mission Prep on Monday night, 59-40, improving their record to 12-4 on the season.
In the second quarter, with the Eagles leading by four, Ellison and Kathleen Hutchens hit back-to-back threes, ballooning the lead to 10.
Then in the third quarter, Hutchens found Ellison back door for the layup, giving the Eagles a 37-22 lead.
