The 2019 FCA All-Star Classic between San Luis Obispo County and North Santa Barbara County was a thriller. Santa Barbara blocked what would have been a game-tying kick as time winded down to get the win. The FCA board is still hopeful that this year’s All-Star Classic will be played some time in July.
