The St. Joseph boys basketball team finished 25-8 overall this year, thanks in large part to the play of junior forward Samuel Bazunga.
No matter what game it was, Bazaunga made his presence felt every time he stepped on the basketball court. He was a monster in the paint, as he led his Knights to the second round of the CIF State Playoffs.
With one year left at St. Joseph, Bazunga is looking to improve, and despite the coronavirus pandemic making it tougher than usual for athletes, the big man has a plan for his senior season.
"I can work on myself, like, more of the stuff I need to work on," Bazunga said. "For example, my shooting and my dribbling. I've been working out and playing basketball in my backyard. I'm trying to get ready for the next season."
