The San Luis Obispo Blues announced Ted Lilly, former Major League Baseball pitcher and two-time All-Star, is now a member of the SLO Blues Management Group.
While the Blues will not be fielding a team during the 2020 season, Lilly will take over as the President of Baseball Operations effective immediately. Lilly, who played for six different MLB teams over his 15-year career, was an assistant coach for the Cuesta baseball team over the past four seasons.
Lilly accumulated 130 wins and a career 4.14 ERA. He started 331 games throughout his career.
