Starting at 11 a.m. today, locals have the chance to ‘walk a mile in her shoes’ as part of an international march to end sexual assault and gender-based violence. The march will begin in Downtown Paso Robles City Park, on 12th and Spring St.
This family-friendly event creates a safe environment for survivors and supporters to raise awareness for an uncomfortable topic.
If you can’t make it to today’s march in Paso Robles, you can march in Arroyo Grande on April 14 and San Luis Obispo on April 28. All three events feature celebrity walkers, local vendors, live music and kid-friendly activities.
Admission is $10 for kids, $15 for students and $25 for general admission
