Up and down temps the next several days because of a fickle wind

Some marine layer should start to form late tonight into Tuesday for some cooler coastal conditions at beaches Tuesday, the coastal and interior valleys will continue to be pretty mild. The reason for the marine development is a weak low pressure system to oure north, NW winds up to 15mph will develop Tuesday afternoon after light winds early in the day. But those lighter winds won't last long, by Wednesday afternoon the winds will be 15-30mph which will pull Wednesday temps down into the 60s and lower 70s at the coast and upper 70s and low 80s inland.

Then, the winds turn offshore Thursday and Friday pumping temps back up into the 80s near the coast.

I expect we'll stay dry into the middle of the month but there are a few signs of potential change closer to the end of October.
