California Highway Patrol is responding to a traffic collision on Highway 154 west near the Cachuma Lake recreation area.
According to CHP, a vehicle was located about 30 feet over the side of the highway.
The incident was reported at 6:30 a.m. and Caltrans has been called to handle traffic control.
No injuries have been reported.
