The ground is still soggy thru much of the Central Coast, in wind-sheltered valley locations this low-level moisture will produce areas of dense fog in the late night and early morning hours. Closer to the coast there is night and morning offshore flow, this will produce mild temps during the day with some high clouds filtering sunshine into the upcoming weekend.
Temperatures are in the process of slowly warming, reaching the low 70s on Thursday and Friday.
Northwesterly winds pick up Friday afternoon, increasing to 15-30mph on Saturday and as a result temps come down this weekend. 60s return to the coast and inland valleys drop into the 50s for highs.
The long-range models are indicating mostly dry weather will continue through next week. There is some activity but it should remain in Northern California.
