Weak to moderate offshore flow and dry conditions will continue across the Central Coast. On Monday, we may see record heat!

The daily record for Monday in Santa Maria is 85 set in 1969, the projected daytime high is 86.

Elsewhere, temperatures are expected to reach the low 80’s and high 70s.

Gusty north winds are expected through tonight, shifting northeast on Monday.

A wind advisory is in effect for the southern Santa Barbara County through Monday morning. Gusts will reach 40 to 50 mph Sunday night with isolated gusts of 55 to 60 mph near Montecito Hills and Whitaker Peak.

As the flow turns northeast on Monday, gusty Santa Ana winds will bring significant warming and drying, which brings elevated fire weather concerns.
