Plenty of sunshine is in the forecast for Tuesday following the rain on Monday. Daytime highs will increase, too. Expect low to mid-60s at the beaches and mid to low 70s for the coastal and inland valleys.
Winds will mostly be within a 10-20 mile per hour range with wind gusts between 20 and 30 mph, so it will be fairly breezy throughout the Central Coast.
Conditions will be fairly mild on Tuesday but more rain is in the forecast for Wednesday night. Another system is expected to make way over northern San Luis Obispo County late Wednesday before wrapping around the rest of the Central Coast early Thursday morning. This system isn’t expected to bring more than .10” of rain, but that number could increase for inland valleys as the storm gets closer.
Right now, models indicate the rain will leave the area late Wednesday morning but leave lingering mid to high-level clouds.
