Temps start to warm

High pressure will be building in on Thursday.  Thursday looks to be a transition day with temps around 70 at the coastal valleys with inland temps about 80.  Beaches generally in the mid-60s.

But winds will shift offshore in the night and morning hours Friday into the weekend before turning breezy onshore in the afternoon.  This is a common spring pattern for the Central Coast.

Temps will warm quite a bit on Friday near 80 at the coastal valleys with upper 80s inland and even the beaches in the 70s.  This looks to be the warmest day in the forecast as the upper-level ridge peaks.  Saturday thru next week we’ll see night and morning marine clouds near the coast to keep temperatures moderate there.  Inland temps warm up and stays warm however in the mid to upper 80s Friday into at least the middle of next week.
