Similar to what the conditions the Central Coast had on Memorial Day, Tuesday will also be warmer for the inland valleys but be cooler closer to the coastline.

Areas like Shandon, California Valley, Paso Robles and Atascadero will range from the upper 80s to low 90s. The coastal valleys will be in the low to upper 70s and the beaches will range from the low 60s to low 70s.

A weak trough building over California will start to cool temperatures down. The inland valleys could actually have 15-20 degrees of cooling as a result of the trough, other areas in the coastal and inland valleys will mostly be in the 60s.

As for the Tuesday morning fog and marine layer, it will be patchy and hang around throughout the morning before some clearing. The beaches could be socked in for most of today, but models do indicate the Five Cities and North Coast should have some clearing at least in the afternoon.

Winds will be mild today and within a 10-15 mile per hour range, but will start to increase Wednesday.
