Quiet weather until later this week when 100+ returns inland

We have some weak onshore flow going on right now and more marine layer will develop again during the night and morning hours for the coast again tomorrow and Wednesday.

I wouldn’t be shocked to hear about pockets of drizzle here and there.  High pressure will build Thursday thru the weekend for warming inland temps which should near or crest 100 in the SLO county interior valleys.  Coastal temps will come up into the 80s Friday thru the weekend and the beaches will be in the 70s with some night and morning marine clouds.  Coastal areas will clear much faster during this part of the forecast because of afternoon winds from the NW at 15-25 before those winds shut down late in the evening.
