Thursday morning will have cooler temperatures ranging from the upper 40s to mid-50s with morning low clouds and fog before clearing and warming in the afternoon.

The beaches will stay around the mid to upper 60s with marine layer hugging the coastline for much of the morning. Winds will start to increase in the early afternoon hours, which will push any fog or marine layer off the coast, which will result in a sunny afternoon. The coastal valleys will have similar conditions in the morning but clearing will happen earlier. After fog moves through the morning, mild daytime highs will range from the low to upper 70s.

The inland valleys are continuing to cool down with daytime highs from the upper 70s to mid-80s. Thursday will be one of the cooler days this week before daytime highs start to warm up again over the weekend. Winds will range from 10-20 miles per hour with potential for gusts to reach anywhere from 20-40 mph in the afternoon.
