A wind advisory has been issued for San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, which will remain in effect through 3 p.m. Monday.
South to southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph will develop this evening and stick around through the morning. Isolated gusts to 40 mph are expected along the coast and higher terrain.
The wind helps usher in a series of storms on the way to the Central Coast.
