Marine layer influence expected to continue throughout the week

and last updated

With the start of the new week starts a new weather pattern.

We’re expecting the marine layer and fog to continue in the mornings, before clearing out in the afternoon and returning in the evenings.

There could be minimal sunshine for coastal zones as this marine layer stays pretty persistent.

Temperature-wise, seasonal to below normal temperatures are anticipated over the new few days – we could even potentially see a cooling trend by Thursday or Friday.

Most areas will see temperatures around 70 degrees Monday, with the valley’s reaching the 80’s.

Our weather seems pretty calm compared to the rest of the country, where storms and potentials for flooding are high.

Enjoy the break from the heat!
