Wednesday morning will be partly cloudy across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. The exception to this will be the interior valleys in SLO County, where winds have brought some low clouds to the area. Compared to Tuesday, onshore flow will bring daytime highs down Wednesday. Temperatures across the beaches and coastal valleys will stay close to the low 60s and the inland valleys will be right around the upper 50s.

A wind advisory will be in place along the south coast region in Santa Barbara County from Wednesday afternoon through early Friday morning. During this time, winds will range from 15-25 miles per hour, with gusts up to 35 mph.

Rain is still in store for Thursday as a trough will pass over the area. Rain showers could start as early as 5:00 a.m. Thursday and last through 2:00 p.m. before clearing out. Rainfall totals look light and will likely stay below 0.25''. Looking ahead to the weekend, skies will be partly to mostly cloudy and maximum daytime highs could be a few degrees below normal.
