It is going to be another hot one Friday after several records were shattered again Thursday.

Places like Paso Robles could break a record again Friday afternoon if temperatures reach 105, just one degree cooler than what's currently forecasted for the day.

Because of these extreme temperatures, a Heat Advisory has been issued that covers both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.

During this time, it's important to remember to stay hydrated and wear loose fitting clothing.

An Air Quality Warning has been issued for San Luis Obispo County however air quality is unhealthy in several parts of Santa Barbara County as well.

Temperatures will remain warm across inland valleys and mountains Saturday, with highs peaking around 100 degrees again.

Offshore winds will remain on the lighter side however there is a gale warning out on the water. Keep this in mind if your travels take you into our outer waters this weekend.

Temperatures look to be cooling by Sunday.

Have a great day!
