It was quite the breezy day for the Central Coast Saturday.
Several areas saw wind gusts over 40 mph.

These strong winds were created by the passage of a low pressure system into the Great Basin.
Most areas are expected to be less windy Saturday night into Sunday, as winds shift to the NE. This will allow for the wind advisories in Santa Barbara County to expire.
Out on the water, Gale level winds are expected to diminish to Small Craft Advisory by Sunday afternoon.
Temperatures will begin a warming trend Sunday, as the cold air from the upper level low shifts east, and a high pressure system builds right behind it.
Conditions are expected to remain dry through the week with few clouds.
