It was a gloomy day for some parts of the Central Coast Saturday, as some areas saw rain and others saw only cloud coverage.
Showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected to continue Saturday evening for areas near and south of Point Conception.
So far, rainfall totals have been pretty light aside from some mountain areas in southern Santa Barbara County who experienced isolated thunderstorms.
This low pressure system has dropped temperatures in several areas over 10 degrees.
A northerly flow is creating some strong wind gusts, leading to a High Surf Advisory and Small Craft Advisory.
There's even a slight chance of thunderstorms over waters, mainly SE of the Channel Islands.
Once this system leaves the area, temperatures are expected to be above normal by Tuesday.
