Tuesday will be another day of above average temperatures. Ahead of the afternoon, morning commuters can expect mostly clear skies with breezy northeasterly conditions across some of our coastlines and coastal valleys. Morning temperatures will actually be slightly warmer and close to the 50s for areas closer to the coast, but inland valley communities should stay right around the 40s through the morning commute.

By the start of the afternoon, winds will shift out of the northwest and be close to 15 miles per hour. Central Coast residents can expect another day with a steady breeze that will last through the early evening.

Temperature-wise, it will be another warm day, especially for the month of February. Across the inland and coastal valleys, expect temperatures to range from the mid-to-upper 70s. For the beaches, afternoon temperatures have the potential to range from the upper 60s to the mid-70s.

The high pressure that's digging into California and bringing the warmer conditions will level out by the weekend when low pressure takes over and brings cloudy skies. Looking ahead to Sunday, there's still a chance for light rain across the Central Coast.
