Santa Barbara County Fire Department knocked down a structure fire on the 7500 block of Durhamn Place in Goleta early Christmas morning.
At approximately 3:00 a.m. SBC Fire responded to reports of a structure fire, and while en-route could see fire activity from a distance.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a fully involved structure attached to a main house. The fire was also catching vegetation near the attached structure.
Firefighters began an aggressive attack and kept the main body of the fire from entering the main home.
The fire is knocked down and SBC Fire reported one person sustained moderate injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
