UPDATE (6:12 p.m..): Santa Barbara County Fire Public Information Officer Captain Daniel Bertucelli says a 2000 square foot single family home was engulfed in flames.
Fire officials say when crews arrived on scene, they noticed heavy smoke and heavy fire coming from three sides of a single-story home.

Crews were able to knock down the fire within 30 minutes with five engines and breathing support.

No injuries were reported and the cause is still under investigation.
