Firefighters responded to a brush fire in the California Valley area on Monday.
The fire was first reported at about 1 p.m. off Highway 58 near Tule Elk Lane.
As of 3:20 p.m., forward progress had been stopped with 60% containment, according to CAL FIRE.
The fire burned an estimated 20 acres.
The cause is under investigation.
