The fire is expected to be fully contained by 11 p.m. Monday.
A Forest Closure Order issued for the Mill Fire area of the Los Padres National Forest has been lifted and Nacimiento-Fergusson Rd., which had been closed since the fire broke out, has been reopened.
Cone Peak Rd. from Nacimiento-Fergusson Rd. to Cone Peak and South Coast Ridge Rd. from Nacimiento-Fergusson Rd. to Chalk Peak remain closed.
