The Pond Fire burning in San Luis Obispo County is now 78% contained and remains at 2,005 acres.
The fire broke out Saturday afternoon near Creston and east of Santa Margarita.
According to CAL FIRE SLO, 200 structures remain threatened, one structure was destroyed and one structure was damaged.
Crews will continue to extinguish hot spots, and containment is expected by Saturday.
Evacuation warnings remain in place for Huer Road from Random Canyon south to Park Hill Road at Huer Huero Road east to Earthstar Pl.
Road closures remain at Huer Huero Road from Highway 58 to Random Canyon.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
