Calm and pleasant conditions are in the forecast for Tuesday.
Ahead of the afternoon, morning commuters can expect temperatures to be in the 30s and 40s with the cooler temperatures in the inland valley communities. Weather modeling shows that winds will be breezy Tuesday morning , staying within a 10 to 20 mile per hour range. By the afternoon, there won't be too much fluctuation and winds will continue to stay within that range.
Temperature-wise, maximum daytime highs will be close to average. Coastal valley communities will likely have the warmest daytime highs with temperatures staying close to the upper 60s and low 70s. The beaches and inland valley communities will be right around the mid to upper 60s range Tuesday. With limited cloud cover, mild winds, and favorable daytime highs Tuesday will most definitely be a pleasant day.
Looking ahead to Valentine's Day, temperatures will start to trend down slightly, but only by a few degrees and be around near-normal values.
