After a cloudy morning Monday, Tuesday's conditions will be mostly clear. Offshore flow has developed, resulting in mostly clear skies for the beaches and coastal valleys on Tuesday morning. This same trend will also keep those areas on the warmer side as daytime highs will reach the 70s for the beaches, and the upper 70s to mid-80s for the coastal valleys.
On the other hand, the inland valleys will have cooler daytime highs staying close to the mid-80s. There will also be some clouds in the interior valleys in southern San Luis Obispo County and the Cuyama Valley as a result of upslope from the Ventura County mountains.
Sundowner winds are back in the forecast Tuesday night for the south coast and mountains in Santa Barbara County. Other parts of the Central Coast, particularly the coastal valleys and beaches, where wind gusts could range from 20-25 miles per hour through Tuesday night.
