After a rainy end to the weekend, the Central Coast could still experience some light rainfall through Monday night.

Here's a look at some of the rainfall totals for the area on Sunday:
Rocky Butte: 2.96''
San Luis Obispo: 1.03''
Santa Maria: 0.58''
Refugio Pass: 2.80''
Santa Barbara: 2.48''

Maximum temperatures will definitely stay on the cooler side and struggle to get past the low 60s. Most of the beaches, coastal and inland valleys will actually stay close to the mid to upper 50s. Moderate Santa Lucia winds will develop Monday, staying close to 10 miles per hour with the potential to reach 20 mph at their peak.

Tuesday will be somewhat of a transitional day with partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. By Christmas Day, expect steady shower activity from the morning through the evening hours as an upper low spins down the coastline. This system will also impact the inland areas and produce mountain snow in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.

The chance for rain continues through Thursday before conditions dry out and sunny skies return Friday.
