Otherwise, mostly clear skies expected through Friday.
Temperatures warm again Tuesday before cooling Wednesday.
Locally gusty winds can be expected in the Santa Ynez Valley range but gusts will stay below advisory range.
A Small Craft Advisory is put in place through Tuesday, with strongest winds out on the water expected in the afternoons and evenings.
