It will be a foggy start to the morning for some valley locations across the Central Coast. Weather models are showing fog filling in over inland areas in Northern San Luis Obispo County as well as the Santa Maria Valley and San Luis Obispo.
By the afternoon, northerly winds will begin to increase, and peak wind speeds will likely stay between 15-20 miles per hour. Skies will be mostly clear by the afternoon but temperatures will continue to remain cool. Daytime highs across the Central Coast are expected to stay between the upper 50s and low 60s, with the exception of Cuyama which will likely be right around the upper 40s.
Looking ahead to the rest of the week, conditions will be dry and winds will increase by New Year's Day. The next chance of rain could be next week.
