Another hot one for much of the Central Coast - many of our inland areas got either close to 100 degrees or over!
We're expecting temperatures to stay this way for the next few days as a high pressure system continues to keep the heat on the West Coast.
This system will leave around Thursday, bringing temperatures to around average, seasonal numbers.
Night time temperatures help the Central Coast cool down, with most areas in the low 50's.
We do have some concerns for fire weather, as the hot temperatures are bringing our relative humidity (RH) down quite low in valley areas, meaning limited moisture in the air.
Paso Robles' RH was under 20 Saturday afternoon!
Combine that with our wind gusts that are at small craft advisory level (around 15 mph), we have some dangerous conditions if a fire were to breakout!
If you're looking to cool down at Pismo Beach Sunday, you can expect some fog in the morning before a mostly sunny afternoon.
Paso Robles will have another scorcher - with temperatures near 100!
Don't forget your sunscreen!
