Sunday was warm, windy and sunny for much of the Central Coast.
Some areas in southern Santa Barbara County saw gusts over 40 mph Sunday afternoon.
While a moderate onshore flow continues to the east, gusty southwest winds will persist during afternoon/evening hours through interior sections.
Gusty west winds through and below passes and canyons are anticipated through Tuesday morning.
There are potentials for strong, gusty northerly winds in the Santa Ynez Valley mountain range as well.
Winds are anticipated to stay below advisory level on land, but out on the water is a different story.
A Small Craft Advisory has been extended into Wednesday along the coast and a Gale Warning has been extended for our outer waters.
Wave heights can be 9-13 feet during this time.
Skies are anticipated to stay mostly clear through Monday aside from some potentials for fog around the Santa Maria and Lompoc area, Sunday night and Monday morning.
Temperatures Monday are expected to warm slightly Monday before cooling off again Tuesday.
