The weekend is here, and weather conditions will be favorable.

High pressure is starting to build over the state and offshore flow will redevelop, which will result in warmer daytime highs. The inland valley communities will range from the upper 80s to the low 90s through the end of the weekend. Coastal valley conditions will nearly lineup with the interior valleys, as daytime highs will be right around the upper 80s until Sunday. As for the beaches, clear skies will persist and daytime highs will reach the low to mid-70s.

As for the winds, they will continue to be a factor through the weekend. Northwesterly winds will generally be around 10-15 miles per hour late Friday morning through Friday night. During this time frame, wind gusts could reach 20-25 miles per hour.

For those in the Santa Ynez Valley, developing patchy fog is possible throughout the morning commute Friday, but it will burn off before the 11 o'clock hour.
