A wind advisory will remain in place through the 6 o'clock hour for the mountains, foothills, and south coast region in Santa Barbara County. Despite the expiration of the advisory, winds will continue to be a factor in the forecast for both Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties through mid-week. Between northern Santa Barbara County and northern SLO County, winds could range from 25-35 miles per hour through Monday night.

At the coast, surf advisories will remain in place through Wednesday. Breaking waves could reach 14 feet through Tuesday, and 7 feet through Wednesday.

Inland valley communities and coastal regions in SLO County will be close to the mid-60s Monday, while some of the coastal valleys in SLO County and Santa Barbara County will be right around the upper 60s to the low 70s. The warm weather will likely stick around through the weekend as temperatures have the potential to reach the low 80s in certain areas.
