A common pattern to have in spring will be with us this weekend: some marine influence with good clearing due to breezy NW winds in the afternoons.
There will be a very minor cooling trend over the weekend due to the flattening ridge of high pressure and stronger NW winds.
The mild temps will still run several degrees warmer than average for most locations thru Sunday. Monday to Wednesday will see minor temperature increases but the second half of next week could get very warm with a highly amplified jet pattern developing over The West.
The one advisory to note will be the wind advisory into Saturday morning for Santa Barbara county's mountains, passes and Southcoast. This advisory will drop at 6am but another advisory is certainly possible again Saturday PM-Sunday AM.
