A multi-vehicle crash was backing up traffic Thursday morning along Highway 101 in Atascadero.
The crash was reported at around 7:45 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the highway near the Santa Barbara Road offramp.
As of 8 a.m., Caltrans traffic cameras showed traffic moving slowly on the highway near Santa Rosa Road.
No word on the extent of any injuries or the exact number of vehicles involved, but an ambulance was requested at the scene.
