Forward progress was stopped on a small vegetation fire in Cambria.
The fire was first reported at around 1:11 p.m. Friday on Dos Cruces Lane.
About 30 minutes later, CAL FIRE announced forward progress had been stopped and about half an acre of vegetation had burned.
Fire officials say no structures were threatened and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
