Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Here are some of the events happening around the Central Coast:

SATURDAY, SEPT. 21

Dunes Center Rummage Sale
8 a.m.-1 p.m.
Former Far Western Tavern building, 899 Guadalupe St., Guadalupe
Browse gently used clothing for the whole family, toys, sporting goods, kitchenware, crafts, art, and household items for sale. Proceeds benefit the Dunes Center’s school activities, adult education, field trips, and beach clean-ups.

Fall Family Fun Fest
10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Centennial Park, 600 Nickerson Dr., Paso Robles
Activities include fall crafts, photos with Princess Rapunzel from A Dream Party, an inflatable obstacle course, games, live music, face painting, and opportunities to meet with police officers and firefighters, plus seasonal treats like pumpkin slushies, hot dogs, and cotton candy.

Turtle, Tortoise & Reptile Show
10 a.m.-3 p.m.
San Luis Obispo Veterans Hall, 801 Grand Ave., San Luis Obispo
Bring the family for the educational show that features turtles, tortoises, snakes, lizards, and other exotic animals with experts to answer all your questions. Care and adoption information will also be available.
Admission: $3 for adults, $2 for kids 6-12, and free for kids 5 and under

Oktoberfest
Noon-6 p.m.
Avila Beach Golf Resort, 6464 Ana Bay Rd., Avila Beach
Celebrate this annual tradition with German music, food from Beda’s Biergarten, and lots of beer! The event also includes a costume contest. Attendees must be 21+.

Foundation for the Performing Arts Center Loading Dock Party
7-11 p.m.
Performing Arts Center, 1 Grand Ave., Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo
Enjoy specialty cocktails from Sidecar Cocktail Co., beer, wine, food, live entertainment, dancing, and a “not-so-silent” auction. Proceeds benefit the Foundation’s arts education programs which bring school children to free performances at the PAC.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23

Knockerball SLO Pop Up Play
11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Santa Rosa Park, Santa Rosa and Oak St., San Luis Obispo
Knockerball is a game in which competitors play soccer while encased in inflatable spheres. Other games available for play include Spike Ball and Giant Jenga.
