If you planned to visit the Lompoc Library over the weekend, you may have been met with locked doors.
The library at 501 E North Ave. was closed Saturday due to a pipe that reportedly burst outside the building.
A social media post and sign on the door informed people about the issue, which also forced the cancellation of a Black History Celebration planned at the library on Sunday.
The library remained closed Monday due to President’s Day. No word on whether the issue has been fixed.
